Dear Driving Days Club Participants,
Here you can find all the important information for the Driving Days Club on the 9th of May in Estoril.
>> Timetable - you can check here.
Due to new noise control regulations at the Estoril Circuit, from April onwards, it is mandatory for all events to take a one-hour break in the middle of the day.
This means, each session will now be 26 minutes instead of 30 minutes.
We are sorry for this situation and appreciate your understanding.
>> Box distribution - you can check here.
>> Paddock access - paddock access gate. Location here.
>> Thursday, 8th of May: from 18H30.
>> Friday, 9th of May: from 07H45.
>> Check-in and Lounge - box 7.
>> Noise Test
All the participants that are on Groups 1 and 2 need to do the mandatory noise test before entering the track. The limit is 100DB and the test must be done here, Friday from 07H45 onwards.
All the participants that sign in for the RACE cars sessions, don't need to do the mandatory noise test before entering the track, but need to comply with the following criteria:
Car has to have at least half roll cage
Driver has to have a National B license or above.
>> Insurance - We would like to remember that, if a participant crashes during the trackday and damages any circuit infrastructure, that same participant will have to assume the cost of repairs up to 1500€ (deductible insurance fee).
The regular conditions for the Civil Liability Insurance changed due to the high accident rate in 2025 Portuguese trackdays, meaning that the information stated above are the new conditions for the Civil Liability Insurance.
>> Lunch - served from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in boxes 9 and 10. You access it via the lounge.
>> Briefing - mandatory new participants, the briefing will be held individually when you pick up your credentials.
>> Tow hook - it must be fitted. It can be in the front or rear.
>> Technical box - throughout the day, in box 6 we have a technician to check your tire pressures and help with any mechanical issue.
>> Car check-up - don't forget to check the main mechanical parts of your cars (engine, brakes, tires) and bring a full fuel tank.
>> Lunch and access to the lounge - exclusive for participants and those who purchased extra accesses. We will have a lounge, with permanent, catering and other features.
>> Mandatory helmet use - we remind you that the use of a helmet is mandatory.
