Dear Driving Days Participants,
Here you can find all the important information for the Driving Days on the 10th and 11th of May at Estoril.
>> Credential Delivery - It will take place at the Driving Days tent behind the Main Stand A:
Friday 9th May, from 16H30 to 19H30;
Saturday 10th May, from 07H45 to 17H30;
Sunday 11th May, from 07H45 to 17H30;
It is mandatory to have the event credentials to access the paddock.
*On Friday and Saturday, if you arrive to the circuit after the credential delivery closes, you can only access the circuit to leave the car on your designated boxe. On the next day, it's mandatory to have the credentials.
>> Briefings - On both days, the briefings will be held at the media center here. However, we provide our rules for review, download here;
Morning Briefings: 08H30;
Afternoon Briefings: 13H30;
It's mandatory to attend the briefing. you will only receive your driver's bracelet there.

>> Tow hook - It must be fitted. It can be in the front or rear.
>> Car check-up - Don't forget to check the main mechanical parts of your cars (engine, brakes, tires).
>> Fuel - We strongly recommend to arrive with a full tank of fuel to the track. The closest fuel station is located here.
>> Mandatory helmet use - We remind you that the use of a helmet is mandatory.
>> Insurance - We would like to remember that, if a participant crashes during the trackday and damages any circuit infrastructure, that same participant will have to assume the cost of repairs up to 1500€ (deductible insurance fee).
The regular conditions for the Civil Liability Insurance changed due to the high accident rate in 2025 Portuguese trackdays, meaning that the information stated above are the new conditions for the Civil Liability Insurance.
>> Noise - All vehicles can only enter the track after being tested and passing the noise test, which is carried out here. They have to go to that location to be tested. The noise limit that a vehicle can emit is 100dB. The noise limit is strict, any car exceeding this limit cannot enter the track, there is no tolerance whatsoever.
