Driving Days – Estoril, 13 September | Final Information

Dear Driving Days Participants,

Here you can find all the important information for the Driving Days on the 13 September at the Estoril Circuit.

>> Credential Delivery - It will take place at the Driving Days tent behind the Main Stand A:

• Saturday 12 September, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.;

• Sunday 13 September, from 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m.;

  • It is mandatory to have the event credentials to access the paddock.​

*On Saturday, if you arrive to the circuit after the credential delivery closes, you can only access the circuit to leave the car on your designated box. On the next day, it's mandatory to have the credentials.

>> Briefings - The briefings will be held at the media center here. However, we provide our rules for review, download here.

• ​Morning Briefings: 8:30 a.m.;

• Afternoon Briefings: 1:30 p.m.;

It's mandatory to attend the briefing. you will only receive your driver's bracelet there.

• Morning Session: 9 a.m. >> 1 p.m.

• Afternoon Session: 2:00 p.m. >> 6:00 p.m.

- Access to paddock:

• Saturday: 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

• Sunday: from 7:30 a.m.

>> Tow hook - It must be fitted. It can be in the front or rear.

>> Car check-up - Don't forget to check the main mechanical parts of your cars (engine, brakes, tires).

>> Fuel - We strongly recommend to arrive with a full tank of fuel to the track. The closest fuel station is located here.

>> Mandatory helmet use - We remind you that the use of a helmet is mandatory.

>> Insurance conditions:

Civil liability (in case of accident and damage to the circuit):

•⁠  ⁠1.500€ excess (cost assumed by the participant)

•⁠  ⁠⁠maximum coverage 5.000€ (above this amount, cost assumed by the participant)

Personal accidents

•⁠  ⁠maximum coverage 7.500€ (above this amount, cost assumed by the participant)

Passenger/Extra Driver – It is mandatory to sign the liability waiver and purchase a wristband identical to the driver’s wristband, at a cost of 15€, corresponding to the mandatory personal accident insurance fee.

Liability Waiver – All participants who will be driving on track are required to sign the liability waiver.

>> Noise - All vehicles can only enter the track after being tested and passing the noise test, which is carried out here. They have to go to that location to be tested. The noise limit that a vehicle can emit is 100dB. The noise limit is strict, any car exceeding this limit cannot enter the track, there is no tolerance whatsoever.

• Noise Test Schedule – 07:30 a.m. >> 5:30 a.m​.

>> Street food – A food court will be open all day in the paddock area at the Estoril Circuit for the comfort and convenience of all participants and guests.
