Civil Liability Insurance - New Conditions
Dear Driving Days participants,
Due to the high accident rate in 2025 Portuguese trackdays, there are new conditions for the Civil Liability Insurance.
The only company who insurances trackdays participantes, presented to us that from now on, there will be a deductible insurance fee of €1,500 for each accident that occurs on the circuits.
This is means that from now on, if a participant crashes on a trackday and damages any circuit infrastructure, that same participant will have to assume the cost of repairs up to 1500€ (deductible insurance fee).
This new conditions, are the only way to continue to have trackdays in safety and guarantees that if something happens, all of us will be able to be back to the circuit.
