Sunset Driving Days - Portimão 9th August | Final Information

​Dear Driving Days Participants,

Here you can find all the important information for the Sunset Driving Days on the 9th of August in Portimão.

>> Paddock Access - Credentials pick up will be helded, here. It's mandatory to pick up your credentials, before accessing the circuit.

  • Saturday (9th August) from 15H00.

>> Briefing - The briefing will be held on the Briefing Room, on the 1st floor located here:

It's mandatory to attend the briefing. you will only receive your driver's bracelet there.

>> Boxes Layout - Download here

>> Tow hook - It must be fitted. It can be in the front or rear.

>> Car check-up - Don't forget to check the main mechanical parts of your cars (engine, brakes, tires).

>> Fuel - We strongly recommend to arrive with a full tank of fuel to the track. The closest fuel station is 15 minutes (10km) away, and is located here.

The circuit has a fuel pump that accepts automatic payments by card. The prices are the following:

• 98 RON: 2,83€/liter.

>> Mandatory helmet use - We remind you that the use of a helmet is mandatory.

>> Box Lounge - There will be a lounge box available with permanent catering. If you would like to access it, the cost is 25€ (per person).

>> Insurance - We would like to remember that, if a participant crashes on the trackday and damages any circuit infrastructure, that same participant will have to assume the cost of repairs up to 1500€ (deductible insurance fee).

The information stated above are the new conditions for the Civil Liability Insurance.
